Fedora Photobooth -Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Fedora Photobooth.

1. Booking & Payment

  • To book our services, you must provide accurate information regarding your event, including date, time, and location. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event. Payments can be made through our website or as otherwise agreed upon.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

3. Event Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

  • Adequate space for setup (typically 8x8 ft or as specified)

  • Access to a standard power outlet

  • Safe, indoor or weather-protected environment

4. Equipment & Damage

  • Fedora Photobooth will provide and operate all equipment.

  • The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, misuse, or negligence.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services if conditions are unsafe

  • Refuse service to individuals engaging in inappropriate or harmful behavior

6. Media & Usage Rights

  • Photos and videos will be provided to the client after the event (digitally or as agreed).

  • Fedora Photobooth retains the right to use media for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing before the event.

7. Liability

  • Fedora Photobooth is not liable for:

    • Delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, venue restrictions)

    • Loss of images due to technical failure, though reasonable efforts will be made to prevent this

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

8. Internet & Social Sharing

  • Some features (e.g., instant sharing) depend on internet availability.

  • We are not responsible for connectivity issues at the venue.

​

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Emergencies

10. Agreement

By booking with Fedora Photobooth, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
