We’re big fans of printed photos—because some memories deserve more than just a screen! All our packages come with prints, whether you love the classic photo strip (2x6") or want a bigger picture layout (4x6). Once you book your date, we’ll send you a quick questionnaire so you can pick your favorite style and design.

Absolutely! We love getting creative! Every rental includes a personalized photo template that matches your event’s theme perfectly. Once you’re booked in, we’ll send a quick questionnaire where you can tell us about your vibe—think favorite colors, text, inspo boards, and more—so we can craft a look just for you.

We like to be early! We'll get there about an hour and a half before your rental time starts to set everything up and make sure it’s all good to go—don’t worry, that setup time doesn’t eat into your rental hours. Tearing down takes about 45 minutes. We’ll need around 9 feet of space, a power outlet nearby, and if you’re using props, a 5 to 7-foot table is super helpful!

Since we're a start-up company, we suggest booking 2–4 months ahead, particularly for weddings and high demand seasons like summer and the holidays. We’ll do our best with last-minute bookings, but your date is only reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

Sunshine’s great but we need to be indoors—just not for our gear! To keep everything cool and working perfectly, give us a heads-up if your event’s outdoors. Your photos will thank you!

We just need to make sure there’s some cover (like a tent) to keep us cozy and dry, and that a power outlet is nearby (within 10 feet works great!).

We’ll need WiFi to send digital copies instantly and get your gallery live on the spot!

We require an approximate 8x8 area and 9 feet in height with a dedicated electrical outlet within the booth location. We also require a 5-7′ table for props(optional).

Ready to lock in your date? We just need a signed contract and a $300 non-refundable retainer. The rest is due 7 days before your event.
